Graduation in 2008 not without problems Sometimes for days no internet

Of the people who this year switched to another ISP and some difficulties encountered, was almost one fifth longer than a day without Internet. That is clear from examination of the Consumer Association.

The organization has done a survey among 731 consumers who in 2008 switched from his own movement. They took third transition problematic, for example, because of problems with the billing or the Internet. Nearly twenty percent of all respondents Saturday longer than 24 hours without internet. From this group, more than half was three days or longer and not Internet calls.

In 82 percent of the cases the transition to the new seamless Internet connection, however, whether the connection was interrupted for up to 24 hours.

ADSL for cable

Five percent
The Dutch Internet service with State Secretary Heemskerk of Economic Affairs agreed that from 2009 no more than five percent of the walkers longer than 24 hours no Internet. Otherwise, the following possible legislation to compel the companies to better performance.
